Valid proof of residence

  1. Bank Statement or Municipal Bill (not older than three months)
  2. Cellphone or Retail Account (not older than three months)
  3. Any document issued monthly that is not older than 90 days contains one’s residential address and name.

Valid Identity documents

  1. South African ZA Green Barcoded ID book or Smart Card + a copy.
  2. South African ZA Passport + a copy.
  3. Foreign passport + a copy (including any supporting documents).
