Configure 3CX Simultaneous Calls or License reached limits alerts or notice

You can configure the 3CX Simultaneous Calls or License reached limits  alerts as per below:

Also in Settings > Email > Notifications you can tick "License limit is reached" and you will get an email if the limit is reached often. (it is is the MANGEMNET CONSOLE of the KEY where you create extensions).


The 3CX Simultaneous Calls or License reached limits Notification Email Format:


Your 3CX license limit has been reached. This means that you cannot make any more calls at this time.
Active calls: %%ACTIVECALLS%%

If you need a bigger license, to be able to make more simultaneous calls, contact your 3CX Partner.
