3CX SIP 484 Address Incomplete

These calls are failing because number 0820682094 is being called without a 27 or 0 prefix, which makes it an invalid number.

This is either due to the number being dialled incorrectly or a configuration issue on the customer's 3CX device.

I'd recommend checking the 3CX settings to fix this, or as an alternative, you can try and reset to default settings.
